Summer is in full force here in the Martin household! Along with summer comes many long days filled with sunshine and fun. We’ve been spending our weekends out of doors at our family’s farm soaking up the warm sunshine, going for long walks in nature, and the littest Martin has been enjoying his long afternoon naps every day. We have plans to visit a U-Pick farm for blueberries soon since that’s both my baby bears’ favorite food. And next month we’ve added a day trip into the schedule to a semi-local zoo. Zoos are every Martin’s fav so we’re ALL super stoked about that trip. 🙂
A DAILY CLEANING SCHEDULE FOR BUSY MAMAS
In case you didn’t catch on yet, we’re busy little bees over here. I have really been enjoying getting my babies outside now that they are both old enough to play independently with me close by. I certainly don’t want to have to cut back on our fun time we’ve been loving for things like cleaning and daily chores. One thing that really helps me to keep a clean home is to have a basic daily cleaning schedule in mind for our home so that nothing gets overlooked in our fast-paced summer life.
I have been loving using Clorox Spray and Viva Paper Towels for quick cleaning jobs. When I use Clorox spray I know I’ve sanitized by effectively killing 99.99% of germs and the Viva Vantage Paper Towels are amazing for scrubbing. I call them The Clean Squad because they’ve saved our summer fun!
What To Do When You Don’t Feel Like Buying Groceries
If you want to save even more of your summer fun time, you should click here to go check if Wal-Mart offers grocery pick-up in your area. Wal-Mart grocery pick-up is perfect for those days when you’re just too touched out to grocery shop with the kids, but you don’t have any other options (ahem- like me!). Mamas gotta do what Mamas gotta do and grocery shopping dang near tops the list!
Real life in action for y’all. Mom bun included! 😉
We popped in to our local Wal-Mart to pick up a few last minute necessities for our upcoming vacation and while we were there we stocked up on our favorite paper towels. Seriously- these paper towels are the best I’ve tried. I have scrubbed and scrubbed with Viva Paper Towels, and my finger never makes a hole through the paper towel like with other brands I’ve tried. I love them! Click here to get a rebate from Ibotta on Viva Vantage Paper Towels and try them for yourself.
Mommy’s best helper. Isn’t she an absolute angel? <3
Of course, we couldn’t forget Clorox Cleaning Spray, too. I love the way the bottle sprays the cleaner in a fine mist because it only takes one or two sprays to evenly coat our tabletop or the area around the toilet when we’ve been practicing potty training. The Boy says you need to go to Wal-Mart to buy Clorox Spray, too! 🙂

The Clean Squad got rid of sticker residue and all! Some of that tape residue had been on this table for years, y’all!
So simple even a toddler can clean it!
